Today's Feature Player - Chris Managhan

 

If you have been playing at Osprey Links over the past number of years, you have undoubtedly run into this guy, but probably never with a set of clubs in his hands.

Chris Managhan is one of the original employees at Osprey Links arriving in 1999 before the golf course was even open and has been with us ever since.

Over the season Chris is the guy that changes the pins and sets the tees on a daily basis (as well as other things that change from day to day). So if you have ever played and found yourself putting to an easy pin, thank Chris. If its on the side of a hill and your above the hole, just finish your putt and move on!

 

Frost Kills - No One To Enter Course Without Pro-Shop Authorizaton

 
Colder mornings are also bringing the first frosts of the season and we remind that walking on frosted grass will do damage to the course.

No one is to enter the golf course prior to the arrival of Pro-Shop staff and without authorization to enter the course.

I'm Running In The Hospital Fun Run
Sunday October 16th

Last year, members of Osprey were most generous as together we raised about $500 for this event. This year the run is Sunday, October 16th and I am hoping we can raise even more.

Any amount is appreciated and we will arrange tax receipts for those who wish (minimum pledge required).
